once upon a time i guess he was world class...i have never been a fan of the frenchman so i guess i am biased...but what has he become...?...watching this barca game today and he has fallen twice, missed an ez touch fer a goal(a goal ibrahimovich's lenght puts in the back of the goal)..back whacked a guy fer a direct kick fer stuttgart....he complains non-stop.....is the coach throwing him a bone today?...he seems to hurt more than help the squad...on a side note....how does his ego play alongside that of anelka on the french frontline....?...admittedly i have not watched but one qualifier fer france this past 4 years(watched the ireland handball match)...i am a lil shocked that they(france) are the favorite to win their group..i already have futures with uruguay at +360 and mexico at +310 win that group....maybe i just hate the french!!!..i just don't see their dominance like others i guess....

he was great at arsenal, where the team was build around him. his teammates worked hard for him, and he gave it back with many goals and good play. and his skid started when he was transferred to barca, where he became just one of the guys, where he had to play a different kind of game. in a team where the competition is so high you gotta perform like crazy, and thierry just couldnt, because he couldnt play the kind of game he was used to play in arsenal. agree his best time has passed.
